寫郵件的5個好習慣
1)24小時內回復客戶郵件,把握郵件發送的時間;
2)描述時盡量在文件主題、正文、附件把問題一次性描述清楚,參考之前郵件,可以截圖或者放到附件給客戶參考,避免客戶翻找資料;
3)郵件主題有辨識度,如日期,style name, PO#等,便于后期查找;
4)添加到郵件的附件要重命名,避免直接發送QQ截圖,微信截圖等名字的文檔;
5)附件的容量控制在10MB以內。
