遇到謹慎的前臺怎么講？
前臺：May I ask what’s this regarding? 或者 What’s your company name? 等等
如果他沒轉，而是繼續問你，比如以下問題：（有經驗點的前臺會這樣子問）
Anthony：Sure, we do xxx（你的產品）, now we designed a new product (或者說update a very competitive product）, I would like to inform him in time, could you help me transfer to him?
“沒問題，我們做XX產品，現在剛設計了一款新產品（更新了一款非常有競爭力的產品)，我想及時告訴他，您能幫我轉接一下嘛？
Anthony：Yes, we do xxx, I met him at HK Electronic Fair last time, I would like to send him our update price list, could you help me transfer to him?
我們做xx產品，上次在香港電子展會上我和他碰過面，我想給他發我們新的報價表，您能幫我轉一下電話嘛？
Tips：
一般前臺基本都會給你轉到采購，或者轉到銷售部...如果轉到銷售部，可以重復上面的內容。
（注：有單獨銷售部的這種公司不小，重視！）
假設不知道采購名字的情況下，電話轉過去了，怎么跟采購聊？
不知道采購名字的情況下轉過去了，也不需擔心，因為國外的習慣是接電話會自報家門。
如：
Customer：Hi, this is Andrew, can I help you?
Me：Hi Andrew, this is Anthony from XXX（公司名） of China, thanks for you pick up my phone, I might take you two minutes? may I ask is this convenient time for you?
Customer：Yes, please
Me：Thank you! we are a XXX(你的產品） manufacturer, only offer middle above quality products, we've been exporting to Europe more than 10 years now, I appreciate to take this chance introduce you our products, may I ask do you import XXX from China?”
Customer：Yes, we do import

電話沒和采購聊過如何發郵件
郵件抬頭：To Peter, phone call from Anthony of XX. 或者
To Peter, phone call regarding update price list of XXX(某產品）
